craig lamond

Craig Lamond is a hard-working tradie, a family man and a self-taught singer-songwriter from Bundaberg. The words of the title track of his latest album ‘Street Names and Board Games’ came to him when he was travelling to Miriam Vale in central Queensland on his way to pour another slab.

This song gives an insight into the travels of this concreter from his days growing up in the ‘80s and ‘90s.

Street Names and Board Games is the follow up album to Craig’s debut record ‘One on the Up.’

The new collection of songs reflects not only his personal stories but those of people Craig has come to know.

Producer Robert Mackay at Pacific International Studios has worked with Craig to deliver songs about family tales, fishing trips, the untold and tributes to special Aussie characters. Craig is working on his third album and continues to impress with his unique brand of Aussie storytelling.
